Local Delivery Policy

ZAJXpress is committed to delivering your packages safely to your doorstep, whether you reside in the Kingston Metropolitan Area or in the rural parishes.

Kingston & St. Andrew

  • Timeframe: 1-2 business days after customs clearance.
  • Method: ZAJXpress direct courier fleet.
  • Requirement: Someone must be available to sign for the package upon arrival.

Rural Parishes

  • Timeframe: 2-3 business days after customs clearance.
  • Method: Trusted third-party partners (e.g., Knutsford Express, Zipmail, Tara).
  • Details: Packages can be sent directly to your door or to the nearest partner depot for pickup. Tracking numbers will be provided.

Delivery Protocols

Our couriers will attempt delivery up to two (2) times. If a delivery is unsuccessful because the customer is unreachable, the package will be returned to our main hub, and the customer must either arrange for pickup or pay an additional fee for a third delivery attempt.

Inspecting Packages: We recommend inspecting your package for external damage before signing the delivery receipt. If there is visible tampering, please inform the courier immediately and contact our support team.
